Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be carefully packed and prepared for shipment

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days after shipment
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days (depending on location)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a track & trace code. This allows you to follow your order at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in the same condition as received

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we have received and approved your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
